Fiscal Sponsorship & Tax Deductibility
Puppetworks is currently fiscally sponsored by brooklynONE productions, a New York nonprofit organization recognized as tax-exempt under Section 501©(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
All donations made through this campaign are tax-deductible to the fullest extent permitted by law and will be restricted for the exclusive benefit of Puppetworks and its charitable activities.
brooklynONE productions serves as fiscal sponsor for Puppetworks and will not retain any portion of donated funds beyond standard payment processing fees charged by the fundraising platform or payment processor. Funds raised through this campaign will be maintained in a dedicated restricted fund by brooklynONE productions and disbursed exclusively to support Puppetworks’ programs, operations, relocation efforts, and other mission-related charitable activities.
